Happy 10th, Knitty!

Back in July, Amy and Jillian asked us to create a special 10th Anniversary colourway for them.  Our interpretation of Knitty.

The idea/inspiration came right away.  This is one of my favourite photos and has been at the top of every issue since day 1:

I love the colours of these tools we use every day in our craft and how they’re jam packed, tripping over each other in their jug and the personal story that goes with them.

And so we present:

50 Shades of Bazinga; or, When Your Stitch Count is Off, Your Skein is 2 Yards Shorter Than the Pattern, and the Yarn Gods Have Decided Now is the Time for a Needle Malfunction

 

(Bringing together the best of all worlds: mocking the mockable, geek theory and summarizing the knit project-pocalypse)

This colourway will be dyed to order, and shipped within 2-4 weeks of ordering.
